Provencal Bakery has been baking artisan bread for restaurants, markets and retail since 1998. As other lines of baked goods were added, owner Brenda Sabbag pursued a visible retail location and opened Provencal Bakery and Cafe. Provencal's reputation was built on wonderful breads. Manny, Jordan, Mikey and Daryl work hard to make the freshest artisan bread available. Available daily are baguettes, country, whole wheat, sourdough, italian and provencal. Look for Rye on Tuesdays, Asiago on Wednesdays, Whole Grain Tuesday through Saturday, Cranberry Pecan Tuesday through Sunday, Asiago Bacon and Calamata Olive on Saturday.
